Bella Poarch, born on 9 February 1997 in the Philippines to Filipino biological parents. Her grandmother lived in the slums until she was three years old when she was adopted. The parents she adopted are American white man with a military background, while her mother is Filipino. She claims that she and her adopted brother she had were abused by their adoptive parents from when she was young until the time that she joined the army. Her family lived with her aunt at San Francisco for several months before returning to Texas on her 13th birthday in the wake of the necessity of her father to undergo bypass surgery. The physical violence subsided after a short time, but that she continued to deal with the psychological abuse her father inflicted on her. Poarch enlisted in the United States Navy when she turned 18. Poarch was the first to join TikTok in the month of April, 2020 and quickly rose to fame. Poarch accumulated over 40 million fans within just 8 months. Her biggest success was the music video she created for Millie B's hit song Soph Aspin Send. She synthesized and moved to the music in a zoomed-out video. After joining TikTok Poarch created a YouTube account as well as an Twitter one to maximize the fame of her. Her fame grew exponentially at the end of December in 2020. Poarch's rising popularity reportedly attracted two of the biggest professionally-run Esports Teams. FaZe Clan and 100 Thieves expressed an interest to hire her as a content creator under the respective brand names.
