Rachel reveals to Rachel that she found Katie's disfigured body in the closet. She also reveals the official cause of her death was due to a heart attack, even though Katie being healthy and healthy as a teenager. Rachel discovered that Anna had an adopted son named Samara who could cause disturbing images into the bodies and minds of humans, animals and objects. Rachel encounters Anna's widower Richard. Richard makes Rachel leave the scene as shortly as she starts asking questions about Samara.
